Web4Lib Advisory Board Appointed

I would like to announce the formulation of an Advisory Board for Web4Lib:

"The Web4Lib Advisory Board formulates and reviews list policies, advises
the list owner on the enforcement of list policies, and provides input and
advice on other issues relating to the management of the Web4Lib
discussion and associated services. The list owner serves as the chair of
the group, and retains final decision authority regarding all list
matters. "

Charter members of the Advisory Board are:

Thomas Dowling - tdowling at ohiolink.edu 
Karen Schneider - kgs at bluehighways.com 
Bernie Sloan - bernies at uillinois.edu 

The Web4Lib Web site at http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Web4Lib/ has been
revised to reflect the change in governance structure. Any questions,
comments, or disputes regarding list management or policy may be submitted
to the list owner or any member of the advisory board. Problems with your
subscription should continue to go to the list owner (me) only. 

I would like to thank all the members of the Web4Lib Advisory Board for
immediately and enthusiastically agreeing to serve our community in this
capacity.
