While I haven't used HotMetal since, I think, 2.0, I do use Dreamweaver to
a considerable extent and vouch for its ease of use.  I first decided to
use it for the library because it produced the cleanest code of all WYSISYG
html editors.  Currently you can design templates whose elements (e.g.
navigation) are fixed.  This is a help in situations where you have several
hands producing copy, not all of them with a lot of html experience.  It's
best to use it in conjunction with either Homesite or BBedit.

Just to make your life more complicated, Golive--most recently by Adobe--is
getting a fair proportion of buzz.  You might want to have a look at that
too.  Probably the best thing to do is simply download the demo versions
and see what you think.  You've got 30 days generally before the carriage
turns into a pumpkin for these things.
