GILS

We are moving towards setting up a Government information Locator System
(GILS).  I'm looking for a few pieces of the system.

Does a GILS to MARC and MARC to GILS data converter exist?

Is there a GILS setup using MS Access?  I can set one up, (I think) but
if someone has one already and are willing to share or sell why go
through all that work?

Any comments on using GILS or the Advanced Search Facility (ASF)?
