Thanks to all the great respondents who gave me their thoughts and
expertise to the question I posted last week regarding  the project leader
as point of contact with developers, etc.  Your insights helped me very
much in my meeting with sr. admin.  They agreed, the project should have
one point of contact person to deal with external venders, developers,
contractors, etc.  Thank you so much.  This is a great group.
