Printer sharing device help

We've got a nice HP LaserJet 4000 hooked up to a PC on a table along with
a few other PC's some of which are connected to dot matrix printers. 
Three of the PC's run Windows95 but lack network cards and the other (two
now, maybe three later) PC's run Windows for Workgroups and have ethernet
cards.  I want them all to share the LaserJet 4000 and am looking for
recommendations, including brand name recommendations, about how best to
accomplish this. I'd guesstimate the total demand on the printer at less
than 100 pages per day.

"Best" involves cost, ease of set up, ease of maintenance, and ease of
use.  I'm thinking some sort of intelligent print sharing device might be
what I'm after.
