  Please join with librarians, publishers, authors and 
readers to honor the 1999 winners of the oldest gay, lesbian and
bisexual book awards in the United States.  The breakfast, featuring
full sit-down breakfast, doorprizes and giveaways, is a fundraiser to
endow the Book Awards and to ensure their future.
  
 Date/Time:  Monday, June 28, 1999 8am-10am 
 Location:  Le Meridien Hotel,  New Orleans, LA
 
 Speakers include: 
 
 Kyle Scafide, former editor and publisher of _Impact News_, New
Orleans's Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual newspaper.
 
 Mrs. Antonia Fennelly Catoire, pen name Tony Fennelly, New Orleans
mystery writer and author of _The Hippie in the Wall_, _The Glory Hole
Murders_,  and _1 (900) D E A D_.
 
 Sarah Schulman, two time GLBTF award winner and author of
_Stagestruck: Theatre, AIDS, and the Marketing of Gay America_ and
_After Delores_.
 
 Tickets maybe purchased BY CHECK before June 1st for $35.  

After June  1st, tickets will be available from the SRRT exhibt booth
for $45.
