Linking to Votewatch

I have been updating local political links on our site, and I'd like to add a
link to Votewatch <http://cnn.com/ALLPOLITICS/cq/resources/votewatch> for our
legislators.  Unlike some generated pages (e.g. the campaign contributions at
http://www.tray.com/fecinfo), this one just shows a generic URL in the address
bar.  The info screen in Lynx which gives the URL shows some extra "post data"
which I don't think I can refer to in my link.
