[WEB4LIB] HTML Tables into Excel?

Yes, Excel 97 can open an HTML file. You can open the html file and then
save it as an Excel (.xls) file to make changes, add formulas, etc. Excel
does a good job of converting files from either direction (Excel to
html/html to Excel).
