[WEB4LIB] Gathering Statistics

What a coincidence you should ask.  We just recently set this up through 
Obvia, the company that services our remote data access.  When patrons 
click on a subscribtion database, from either off-campus or on-campus, on 
our electronic resources page, that link goes through the RDA server and 
then to the vendor and this keeps statistics for us.
