Changes in SUNY Morrisville LibraryLinks Site

Please stop by and take a look at our new redesign for our main library web
page.  It works in the following browsers:

IE, Netscape (may need to be reloaded -- working on this), Opera, Lynx and
probably all others.

I am using a JavaScript along with style markup.  The script is from Thomas
Brattli at http://www.bratta.com.  Let me know what you think.  I am trying
to make it function better in Netscape.  I think it has something to do with
using tables with div and layers.
