Blacklist to block chat and email

As most of you know, I've compiled, with the help of many others, a list of 
sites to block with a proxy server if you want to keep your library users 
from accessing web-based chat, web-based email, and web-based game 
playing.  Remember, this list blocks function, and NOT content.

That list has just had a comprehensive update and is now available for 
downloading at: http://www.84.com/blacklist.htm    Questions can be
