FYI ....
Just located some more information. According to the file extension list at:
http://www.techadvice.com/help/Products/F/fileExtensions.htm
is for:
OBD Microsoft Office Binder binder.exe
So if you have MS Office 97, you should be able to open it somehow. I have never used 'binder' so I have no idea what is involved about actually opening it up and finding out what is in the file.

you could try to open with 'quick view plus' by inso, which supports about 225 file formats. if you don't have ready access to it, send a copy of the file to me and i will see what our copy can do.
