Help with OCLC's WebSCript

Is there a collegue out there that has set up OCLC's Webscript on an
Apache server to access a non-OCLC database that I could ask a couple of
questions either by email or phone.  I can't quite put all the pieces 
together since our server is new and I'm not getting anyhelp from our
computer people on campus.
