Netscape and frame relay

Hi all,

We are a small library running a NT LAN with connectivity to our catalog
database and the Internet via frame relay.  There are no firewalls in our
building.

We are running into problems with 2 PCs running Windows 95 and Netscape 4.0
not being able to connect to the Internet.  Patrons will click on Netscape,
the software opens but they never get past a gray screen.  Resetting the
PCs almost always cures the problem.  This happens may be once or twice a
week with both machines.  We have checked and recheck communications setup
to no avail.  We have Internet access from a PC running NT workstation with
no problem.  We also have a new PC set up with 98, where patrons can get to
the Web.  It's only been available for a few weeks but we have not had a
problem yet. Any suggestions .....
