Netscape on MAC error

I am working on a page that will be a questionnnaire for patrons.

At this point, the content is not important.  It was taken from a workshop
and will be modified.  However, 2 people have told me about an error if
they are using Netscape on a MAC.  One had Netscape 4.08 and the other 4.05

When going from one text area to another they get the message
	"Unknown Netscape Error"

This is one tester's description.

 Second test with Netscape/Mac. 
Oddly enough, the error has something to do with having to scroll down the
page to get to the next box.
If I move from one box to the next when they're both on the same screen, I
don't get the error.
But if I have to scroll down to get to the next box, there's an error. Weird.

Can anyone see what would be causing this?

Interestingly enough another site has a warning about that kind of error.
