Linda,
We co-developed our own system with a local company (http://www.sri.bc.ca/)
Patrons can book computers via the web, IVR telephone system or kiosk.
Client software handles patron login, software selection and boot-off.
Patrons can also pay fines, register for programs or apply for library cards
through other components of the system.
We have some financial interest in future sales of this system.
If you're interested in trying it out, contact me and I'll get you a
temporary card number.
