[WEB4LIB] Re: Netscape Communicator floating toolbar (fwd)

Thanks Kevin - this works on my own NT workstation, but under 
Netsitter, this combination does not seem to do anything - perhaps 
because there is no menu bar.

Does anybody else have any other ideas?
