I'd suggest that you do whatever is functional for your users.  If they're 
going to need all 450kb, then why split it up and make them do multiple 
downloads?  When downloading software most of us routinely download files 
of a number of megabytes.  I'd say that if I need/want something, I'm 
willing to wait for the download.
