RealPage

I am curious about what some of the Web4Lib subscribers think about RealPage- a
format through which some of OCLC's ECO journals are exclusively available:

- why are they only available this way?
- is RealPage going to become as common as Adobe Acrobat Viewer
- what are the advantages/ disadvantages?
- should I download RealPage on our LAN?

I haven't even used it yet, but I would like to see some input from those who
have.
