A couple of things--first, check the time to make sure
it's right (especially am/pm), then, when in Netscape,
go to any web page and add a bookmark. I had this
problem on one of the systems here and adding the
bookmark, quitting/restarting Netscape seemed to cure
it without any need of adding the timezone code to
autoexec.bat. Hope this helps!
