[WEB4LIB] PC-based web server

We're running our staff intranet (128.206.46.229/index.htm) on a 233MHz NT
Workstation machine w/128Mb of RAM.  It started off using the Shambala Wen
server s/w (cost=$0) but is now using the Xitami Web software (cost=$0).
Before we turned it into a www server, it was one of our test-bed PCs.
Seems to have worked just fine for our purposes.
