Mail Server in Netscape 4.06

Does anyone know where in Netscape Navigator 4.06 you put the incoming and outgoing mail server.
Without it our webforms will not work and the "send page" under file is not highlighted.  Under "edit/
preferences/identity" you can only put your e-mail address.  Was this function taken away with 4.06?
Any help would be appreciated.
