Summary: spelling conventions

Thank you to everyone who replied to my "silly question" about spelling
conventions for "Web", "Web site/website", etc.

I have compiled the summary and formatted it in a down-and-dirty Web page.
(Notice the "convention" I've decided to use?)  If you're curious, the
summary contains many interesting comments and some URLs for resources
addressing standardized spelling for Web-centric terms.  (If I find the
time, I'll make the links active.)

I hope this method of posting a summary is preferable to sending a rather
extensive message to the list.
