Transparent GIFs

If your GIF is on your server, you can go to TransWeb Transparent-GIF
Service (http://www.mit.edu:8001/tweb/map.html), click on the area you
to make transparent, and get the new image returned to you, or go to
http://www.mit.edu/tweb/form.html at the same service to specify a
specific RGB color (in hex or decimal) to make transparent.
