At least some framed pages will do a print preview without opening a new
window.  Left click within the frame you want to print or print preview,
then select either...

is an example of a frames I can print preview without a right mouse click
(using Netscape 3.04)

All our public Internet terminals have the right mouse button disabled; so
far it has not been a problem.
