Yes, that helps.
CNN, and mnay others stilll use those methods and broadcast the results (no matter
how random)
It's easy to show how much we spend, it is not so easy to show accountability or the
return on investment to the user/client.
Is there an emerging bibliography on the subject of measuring information
productivity?
