[WEB4LIB] Program Association Problem - Quick Response Needed!

Look in Windows for winfile.exe, it's the old program manager.  I use it
for changing associations because it is soooo much easier to do it that way
(at least for me).

Open winfile.exe, find the program you don't want associated with telnet,
under File select Associate and select (none) and it will be un-associated,
in fact you should be able to unassociate all .exe files from the telnet
client.
