removing frameborders in PageMill 3.0

I'm new at working with PageMill and with frames. I'm trying to create a frameset with no borders.  Can I do this in PageMill?  Or, do I have to use a text editor to set the frameborders to zero?  I can't seem to find any PageMill documentation for doing this.  Actually, I'm also stumped by the fact that when I view the source for my frameset in PageMill, I do not see any frameset tags.
