Smarterm vs OnNet

Greetings Members:

I was wondering if anyone uses either of these softwares:
Smarterm or OnNet.  If some one does could you please give me your
opinion?

We are currently using NCSA Telnet on our PC's.  There seems to be a
problem using the function keys.

We have two different support services and each one suggested using a
different software.

Could I get anyone's opinion?
