Archive changes

I just implemented some new features on the Web4Lib archive. Now, when you
search, the results include both the author's name and the date it was
posted. That will hopefully help in locating the posting you seek. Also,
the default setting on the search form is to search only 1998. You can
still search all years, but you must change to that setting. I imagine
most users are wanting to find information posted within the last several
months. Thanks,
