Silverplatter Web?

Hello,
We have a number of Silverplatter databases currently subscribed to on CD-ROM.  We are considering switching over to access through Silverplatter's internet (Web) subscription service.  Do any libraries who presently do this have comments about the speed and reliability of access to Silverplatter databases across the Web?  Any opinions would be most welcome!  Bonus question: which search interface do you prefer-- Webspirs, Winspirs, or...??
