computer centers for adults and children?

Hello List,
Our library is working on plans to build an enclosed computer center in the
basement.  At this time, we have our internet terminals and cd-rom resources
located on the main floor near the Reference desk.  We also have three Mac's
in the childrens dept. dedicated to games.

The current debate is whether to combine the childrens and adult computers
in the same center, or keep them seperate.

Has anyone else faced this issue?  Any suggestions?  Any help would be
appreciated, on or off list.
