Chat Rooms (Policy)

[Isabel Danforth]

 In our community we have a family who emigrated to the US from
Afghanistan.  The teenagers of that family go into a chat room and
communicate with folks from their home country.   Is that a worse use of
resources than people searching for house boats to rent?

I guess I would concentrate on enforcing time limits, and not types or
subjects of access.  We have so many different kinds of other materials,
and I don't see the same discussion with videos for example.
