Which version of Netscape are you using?  If you have Communicator 4.x
(below 4.04), the product is buggy.  I had to uninstall Netscape from my
office computer--downloaded 4.04, which works great.

BTW, I emailed Netscape's tech support people with my question and they
replied within 24 hours.
