Upcoming California Library Association elections

Hello there! This message is to all California librarians who are members
of the California Library Association Information Technology Committee.
Currently the following positions are open :

>Vice President/President Elect
>Secretary
>Assembly Representative

>The Assembly Rep position is  a three year commitment.  Assembly is
>responsible for setting broad policy for CLA and planning for its general
>direction.  Its members discuss and vote on interim policies adopted by
>the Executive Committee of the association, review financial reports, and
>provide guidance to the Exec. Comm.  There are 35 members.

 I have a huge list of names and email addresses to go through and I need
to get a slate of at least two candidates for each position by March 30th.

If you've been thinking about getting involved, now could be your chance.
If you've tried before and lost an election, this might be the one!  I will
be generating an email list and sending it to individual members over the
