Two new resources on LibraryLinks

Bill,

I found your character code list very helpful, and did (thank you) copy
it.

The colors in your RGB list are very attractive, but will they appear the
same only on RGB monitors? I understood that the advantage of the
non-dithering colors was that they were uniform for all monitors and
platforms.
