Software for generating a text-only mirror site?

Is there such a thing as software that will, more or less automatically,
create a text-only mirror site of a graphical website? We'd like to offer a
text-only version of our website for blind users and users with low-end
equipment or connections, but we'd like to do it with the least amount of
effort.
