Security button in Communicator

Hello,

I'm running Windows '95 machines, Fortress and Communicator (Navigator
only), on 
three machines.  The only access that is available is the browser.

The Security Button that is in the Navigator concerns me, because it allows
the patrons
to enter in a password for certificates.  

Is this going to be a problem?  Has anyone run into any issues with that
Security Button?
So far most people click on it out of curiosity and then get lost trying to
get back to Navigator.
