Pagemaker to HTML

I have a feeling there may have been some mention of
this a while back, but I don't recall any positive
recommendations for converting Pagemaker files/"stories"
to HTML. Does anyone have any experience with this?
So far I've been saving the PM files as text files; then
doing HTML markup. A more direct method would be welcome,
