Yes, it's about how a group of activists apparently de-crypted WebSense's
stoplist of 270,000 sites and found 11 bad blocks, or .004%  From this these
guys conclude that WebSense's practices "profound negligence illustrated by
the numerous bad blocks included in the product's blacklist."
