Monitoring Link Usage

Thanks to all who replied to my request. Since we are using a commercial
provider, and they don't allow perl scripts (except for a higher priced
account) I think we will be going with the Dbasics counter service at
www.dbasics.com. Their service is very reasonable, and helpful to the
perl/cgi impaired.
