The first Library web site (when and where?)

The UC Berkeley Library had an experimental Web server up in early 1993
that was listed at CERN, and then eventually a "real" Web server in 1994
(the same year Web4Lib began) that was publicly announced in 1995. But I
doubt that a discussion of who was first will either be resolved to
everyone's satisfaction or result in anything worth the trouble.
