Duo part II

I have now received 20 messages from people who also are having 
the same experience with this organization. Plus one co-worker who also
is having this problem

I have no idea how many other are taking this class.

I'm not sure what the best next step is, but maybe it is the Better
Business Bureau. Their website is http://www.bbb.org. Do other people
feel it should be carried to this point?

Please let me know personally, I know how much we all hate overdone
messages :) I will summarize by the end of next week at the latest.
