Netscape Location History

I have a help page describing one way to attack this problem.
While this solution won't disable the pull-down box, it will clear the
history every time Netscape is closed and restarted -- yes, not exactly
what everyone wants -- but its free! If you want to disable the box,
you'll need to pay $$$ or run Navigator in a "kiosk" mode -- another of my
help pages describes one way to set Navigator into "kiosk" mode.
