"Web Site Development Tools": Mac & Windows

	I've been following the postings resulting from the querry for information
on how other librarians compose their web sites.  It's been fascinating
reading for beginners like myself.  

	Several people have included information on both Mac and IBMesque
software.  Since many of us live in a Windows-only environment, could
appropriate tools, techniques, web sites, 'couldn't-do-without' html
manuals, et al, for both Mac and non-Mac users be included in the
discussion?
