disable wallpaper

The product we use for security (Foolproof)does not disable 
the right click function within Netscape but it does protect
your chosen wallpaper.(www.smartstuff.com) and it prevents saving
to the c:\> drive.

Another solution I have used is from someone on this list 
earlier this year. You can insert the following line into 
the autoexec.bat file:

		del c:\windows\netsca~1.bmp

This will delete the saved wallpaper upon startup.
