Virtual Library: Concept and Reality

I'm in the midst of developing our company virtual library concept and
implementation. If anyone out there experienced in setting up the Virtual
Library ? Your valuable sharing information is very appreciated.

If Virtual Library being implemented totally, are libraries will physically
lose their state-of the art services ?

Is it a reality for 100 % Virtual Library implementation where people are
not going to the Library anymore but
will  have accessing facilities to the library resources via their PC
terminal ?
