Telnet to circ module?

I know that with Innovative Interfaces Inc. you can telnet into the
catalog, and it is just a different login to get into the circ module.
(It isn't available in web version--yet)

We haven't had a problem (that I know of).  We will probably be
switching our circ machines from dumb terms to PCs eventually, and since
we are a consortium, and our main machine isn't here, we will be
telnetting to the catalog.
