Patron Proof Printer?

At the Montclair Public Library we removed the knobs from the printers.
Or maybe in was in library school.  Anyway this prevented people from
turnign the knobs.  

Many problems disappeared when we got inkjet and laser printers.  But new
problems arose.  Oh, well.
