Nutmegger Printing Problems

Would you have any suggestions for the following problems experienced when
trying to print pages from the Internet? Assistance would be greatly
appreciated!
--We get a partial printout of the page--either we get pictures and no text
or we get the first half of a document only. (Is this a problem with
printer memory? Our printers are new HP LaserJet 6L's.)
--We attempt to print a page by clicking on the PRINT button in Netscape OR
by choosing PRINT from the FILE menu. The PC registers the print job and
sends it to the printer but nothing ever comes out of the printer (yes,
everything is properly connected). The print jobs are purged when we shut
down the PC.
-- We have various HP deskjets in the 5 and 600 series. Sometimes I try to
print a page and I am prompted that there are "no pages to print". I
resolve this by selecting the whole page by pressing the ctrl key + a and
then do a ctrl + c and then print. This works, I can't imagine why.
--We get the page printed on our HP LaserJet 6L's, but any hyperlinks that
are listed (usually in blue) do not print out. We are forced to go back
and write in the links from the screen by hand.
--Has anyone out there used the software SCREEN PRINT GOLD? Rumor has it
that this product will print any screen on your PC (including the Netscape
frame). Or is there another program out there that will do a 'Print
Screen' in Windows '95?
Note: These questions were originally posted to ConnTech (a discussion list
for those interested in libraries in Connecticut:
http://corso.ccsu.ctstateu.edu/~conntech/conntech.html). The questions
were not answered fully, and we are looking for additional help from
web4libbers! Thanks so much!
